How access a laptop or phone camera in a web page

It is now possible to access a laptop or phone camera using a web page and standard HTML5. This is amazing.

There is documentation and a working example here. Check it out, it worked for me.

This works in Chrome on PC and Android phone. It does not work in IE or Firefox on PC.
