Prana Air has today announced the launch of its new indoor air purifier in India. The device comes with a price tag of Rs 8,990 and it will be available for purchase from Prana Air web store.
The brand claims that the new air purifier can clean air pollutants such as smoke, dust, negative ions, viruses including H1N1, bacteria, and PM 2.5 particles. The device comes also harmful particles and toxic gases with a success rate of 99.9 per cent. The device has an in-built ionizer that cleanses the environment from the negative ions and creates fresh air inside the room.
The air purifier can cater large-sized room with an area of up to 41 square meters. The device has a capacity of Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADR) of 334m3/h particulate matter and 200 m3/h formaldehyde. It produces no noise and has a three-speed mode, which can be operated with a help of remote. Then there is a timer function, which allows the device to switch on/off at specific intervals. The filter in the air purifier once saturated with the contaminants can be replaced with a new one to deliver high-grade performance.
